About this boat

HYPE Boat Club's 73-foot sailing catamaran is the boat people book for a birthday, a hen or stag weekend, or simply a day with music on the water. Privately it is yours for a half day or a full day out of Chalong: sail to Coral Island's Banana Beach or across to Racha, swim, paddle board, sea scooter, and come back with the sunset behind Promthep Cape. The price is for the whole boat and up to fifteen guests, with captain and crew, life jackets, insurance, coffee and tea at the pier, soft drinks and seasonal fruit on board. HYPE's gourmet buffet, a bar package and a DJ are added on request; national park fees at Racha are per guest. Operated with The Crystal Tour, a licensed Phuket travel agent since 1992.

For everyone's safety the crew cannot take guests who are pregnant or have a serious back or heart condition. Tell us in the request and we will suggest a gentler day.

Is the price for the whole boat or per person?

For the whole boat. HYPE sailing catamaran, private: Coral or Racha Island takes up to 15 guests and the listed prices cover all of them. Crew, fuel and insurance are included unless the boat says otherwise.

What is included?

Not included: Gourmet buffet, bar package and DJ (on request), National park fees at Racha, Villa transfer. Anything else, ask us and we add it to the quote.

Where does the boat leave from?

HYPE sailing catamaran, private: Coral or Racha Island departs from Chalong Pier. We can arrange the transfer from your hotel; tell us where you stay in the request.

What if the weather turns?

The captain decides on the morning. If the sea is unsafe we move the day or return your deposit in full. From May to October we plan Phang Nga Bay and the east-coast islands rather than Phi Phi.

How do I book and pay?

Send the request with your date and guests. We confirm availability in your language, usually within the hour, and send a deposit link once the day is agreed: cards, SBP and MIR.
